How does rescheduling an appointment work?

We strive to make your experience with use as easy as possible from the moment that you book your appointment. Sometimes schedules change or life just happens, so we also strive to make the process for rescheduling your appointment as easy as possible. 

Scheduling

Appointments in any of our regions can be easily booked through our online client portal. Setting up your account is easy, and from there booking an appointment is just a matter of a few clicks. 

We are also always happy to speak with you on the phone to answer any questions you may have, and we can quickly set up your booking this way as well. 

Rescheduling

If for any reason you need to reschedule your appointment prior to the arrival of the photographer, you can do so for no additional cost. If however, your photographer is already on-site, there is a small fee associated with the rescheduling in order to cover their travel costs.

Our photographers are skilled and are happy to work with you to get great interior and exterior photos no matter the weather. If you do desire to reschedule part of your shoot due to weather (drone shots or exterior photos for example) there will be a small fee to cover the travel expenses of the photographer.

Rescheduling can be completed either through the booking portal or by calling into our office. If rescheduling on the day of your appointment, it is easiest to call in and have our staff make the change and ensure that the photographer (who may already be on the road or at other shoots) is informed of the adjustment. No matter the reason, we are always happy to work with our clients to help with rescheduling, so give us a call if you need anything!
